Return and Exchange Policy — our store

1. You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it.
2. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with the invoice.
3. Personal-use items (such as opened perfumes, underwear and food) cannot be returned unless defective.
4. Return delivery fees are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or wrong.
5. We refund the product price using the original payment method or in cash.
6. To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the product.
